Prometheus means forethought in ancient Greek. Prometheus Pizza uses forethought to make a pizza place that is family friendly, affordable, and accessible.

We use the best ingredients we can source. We use 100% Barton Springs Mill flour in our dough (for more information on the importance of freshly milled grains see Flour Lab by Adam Leonti). Our red sauce is made from Bianco DiNapoli organic tomatoes. We support local farms when we can.

Rachel and Christopher Stephens started making pizzas in January of 2020 with the goal of providing Fredericksburg the kind of food and experience that they like: tasty food, fun atmosphere, and excellent hospitality.
