WELCOME TO PROMETHEUS PIZZA food truck! We're a food truck located at 1180 US 87 South in Fredericksburg.

Our artisan pizzas are standard medium size (12”) and one style (Neopolitan/ New Yorkish). We use 100% Barton Springs Mill flour for our dough. One pizza feeds one to two people.
